Our Journey
Origins
The idea of creating a leading business that continually grows & supports other businesses across Lucro’s several backend services, has it founding’s through our founder, Shane O’Leary, being a key member of the senior management team at a UK based online retailing juggernaut, that grew rapidly over the last few years and now boasts a global customer base in over 200+ countries. Within his time leading departments covering ecommerce, operations & logistics, he recognised and embraced the need to understand growing global marketplace operations and understand the requirements to sell to the global customer, no matter where they are located.
During his time, he gained a strong customer perspective for what solutions are needed, as he has walked in their shoes and along with this, has developed strong partnerships with key suppliers across our services, to allow us deliver our tailored solutions to our clients.
One of the most important points is to get the message across that the overall that our clients customers experience is not just purchasing, or having a parcel delivered, it is much more than that and realising that for businesses to maximise they profits and grow their business, these components need to be looked at as part of the overall offering to their customers.
